Qualifications & experience
- Preferably DSE / Diploma with 1-year of customer service experience, fresh graduates are also welcomed
- Customer-oriented mindset, cheerful, self-motivated and outgoing personality
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Able to work on Saturday & Sunday and ad hoc rostering
- Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
- Work Location: Kowloon Bay / Shatin / Wanchai
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to customers in a professional manner
- Handle walk-in / phone call enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Provide beverage and refreshment service to customers
- Perform showroom operations & administrative duties
- Support customer events, pop-up stores in various locations when required
- Maintain showroom's cleanliness & neatness
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigne
