Job Description:          

• Perform daily treasury operations, such as monitoring and operating bank transactions via online banking system. 
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecast.  
• Coordinate with operation team and bank for foreign exchange contract execution.                                                                    
• Assist in preparation of monthly reporting package. 
• Validate staff disbursement claims and invoices of administrative expenses.          
• Support year end external audit and participate in half yearly stock take and fixed asset counts.            
• Carry out administrative work, such as filing of accounting records. 
• Assist in ad hoc tasks and projects.

Other Requirements:       

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese              
• A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills                                                          
• Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized, detail-oriented and willing to learn                                                
• Strong PC skills and proficient in MS Office
